The Verge Shares a Selection of Creepy YouTube Videos for Spooky Season

The Verge has published its final installment of spooky season recommendations, and rather than pointing readers to a single horror film or an unsettling album, the piece offers a small selection of creepy, disturbing, and just plain weird videos from YouTube, according to the publication's RSS description.

The description frames the roundup as a mixed bag with, in its words, a little something for everyone. It specifically names surreal art house shorts and cosmic horror among the kinds of videos on offer, describing the collection as spanning creepy, disturbing, and weird material.

Because the source presents the item as a curated selection rather than a review of one work, the takeaway is simply that the recommendations are spread across several YouTube videos instead of a single title. The description does not name the individual videos, their creators, or their lengths.

The source also does not detail the content of any specific video beyond the broad categories it mentions. Readers looking for specifics would need to consult the full article, since the RSS description stops at describing the general character of the picks.

What to watch next is whether The Verge continues this recommendation format in future seasonal roundups, and whether the individual videos named in the full piece attract attention beyond the initial post. The description itself offers no further details on those points.
